Emails - Prevent Copying

If you receive emails that have the delivery option of “prevent copying” set, and these emails need printing to put onto personnel files - is there a way around it?

You can use an agent to set the flag $Private to 0. This takes off the “Prevent copying” attribute.

Just create an agent that changes the value in the field, and run it from your actions menu against selected documents.
