We had a problem with one iSeries server, we were missing the DSTLaw parameter and when we fixed it things came back to “normal” on the date/time front, but some users have lost new emails in the Inbox. I checked with 2 users, and I know that I sent them emails and they are not in their inboxes, and they don’t show in the “All documents” view either. The unread count reflects that there are missing docs (it shows, for example, 4 unread and you only see 2).
Do you have any idea on where to look for those email lost? Thanks

After an hour things are coming back to normal It seems the folders had problems being refreshed, no email lost, so I guess it was in that period where things behave wrong.

We have the same issue for SOME users. Added the DSTLAW parameter to the notes.ini of our AS400 server. Recycled the server and when it came up, some users are not able to view new mail. They can tell they are receiving it (folder unread count) but can’t see the emails.
They can however receive SMTP mails sent to them.

You might want to try issuing the following command on your server console to ensure all view / folder indexes are ok and up-to-date:
LOAD UPDALL -R
