We have been running NDS 8.5 for a few months now. All seems to have been working well untill recently I have been getting notices from a few users that emails in their Inbox are turning light grey from the normal grey after an email has been read.
After exiting from their mail client and relaunched, seems to revert back to normal for a day or two. I also noticed there were a lot of .TMP files in the DATA folder as well. I also deleted these folder, along with the CACHE.NDK and desktop8 file. This did not seem to work. So, I called up IBM support and opened PMR #: 58891. I was instructed to rename the workspace folder and see if it resolves the issue. That did not work iether, after a few days we were back to square 1.
Just wanted to see if any administrators/techs experienced the same and what type of troubleshooting techniques being used to try and resolve. I have a few more ideas to try, I will post after.
