I find the following error messages in the SMTP log.
Router: Transfer to server ABC.COM is ready with 42 messages
Router: Transfer thread 00000014 searching for work
Router: [00000014] Transferring mail to domain ABC.COM (host mx01.east.net [202.110.224.4]) via SMTP
Router: No messages transferred to ABC.COM (host mx01.east.net) via SMTP
Some of the ABC.COM emails (2-3 mails only) would be sent out after restarting the SMTP server. Then the above error messages appear again and no ABC.COM email can be sent out.
Thanks for any commend.
Subject: Emails can’t be sent to some domains - maybe a DNS problem
Hi Zona,maybe there is a problem with the DNS.
Please type this commnado at the server console:
sh stat mail.waitingforDNS
MAIL.WaitingForDNS = 0
1 statistics found
Can you send mail to ABC.COM with another mail system, e.g. a web mailer? Are the mx records of ABC.COM mail server(s) o.k.?
Best regards,
Alfred

Hi Alfred,
Firstly, thanks for your response.
I type the command you mentioned. The server console shows:
sh stat mail.waitingforDNS
MAIL.WaitingForDNS=3
1 statistics found
If I don’t use our SMTP Notes Server, use our ISP smtp server as the relay server on our SMTP server instead, all emails could be delivered.
As you can see from the error messages I posted, the mx records of ABC.COM could be solved and it’s correct.
