Hi All, I have 2 users when they move an email message to their ‘Personal Folder’ from their ‘Inbox’, after a few hours, the email message are put back into their ‘Inbox’ automatically.
I contact IBM regarding this, and they instructed to make a new copy of the database because it seems like the mailfile is corrupt. I have also done compact, fixup against the mailfile.
Has anyone seen this behaviour? Could you please provide any details how you went about in resolving the issue.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Are you running Domino 8 and BES 5?It’s a known issue and RIM is working on it.

The latest from RIM 10-14-09 is that the issue will be fixed in MR3, (Maintenance Release 3), but they do not have a due date.
IBM should be all over this because it can stall installation planning at all clients.

This issue will be resolved in BES 5.0 MR 3. No release date is set.
