- In the Personal Address book, create a new contact.
2a) In the “Full name” field, put the contact’s name first, or;
2b) Enter the email address first in “Lastname, Firstname” user@domain.com format.

Save/Close

Add user to a group, save/close.

Open group in read mode.

Hover mouse over contact’s name. Error appears.
The only way to keep the error from appearing is to put the contact’s email address in user@domain.com format (with no commas) FIRST in the fullname field. If the email address is in “Lastname, Firstname” user@domain.com format, the PostRecalc event script puts the contact’s
name before the email address which will cause the error.
If from the inbox you try to “Add sender to address book” when the sender’s address is in “Lastname, Firstname” user@domain.com format, an “Operation Failed” message appears and the contact is also left in the state that will reproduce this error.
