Email with 2 multi-value Fields. (I did read previous posts already)

Hi all,

I have been doing searches through the forum of sending an email based on a multivalue field. I have not been successful and I need to send to two multvalue fields. One field is Name-Mascot, which is multi-valued

and the other is Assistant which is also multivalued.

Here is a snippet of my code.

Set richtitem = New NotesRichTextItem( Doc, “SendTo” )

Forall t In doc.Name_Mascot

	Call richtitem.AppendText(t)

	Call richtitem.AppendText(", ")

End Forall



Forall x In doc.Assistant

	Call richtitem.AppendText(x)

	Call richtitem.AppendText(", ")

End Forall

Call doc.Send( False, sendto )

All Dims and sets are there.

I get an error of invalid sentto or copy to field value.

Anybody have any ideas.

Try to add a debug prompt or use the debugger to show you the content of the SendTo field before it tries to send the document… looks like the format of it is invalid.

Nevermind, I figured out a solution.

Value = doc.Name_Mascot

Value2 = doc.Assistant

Value3 = Arrayappend(Value, Value2)

doc.sendto = Value3
