Dear Experts,My client replied that my email sent to her that the From field is shown as blank in her outlook inbox. The other email sent to her have no this issue.
Is it any conflict between Notes and Outlook?

Many thanks for reply on it. The case is my client outlook “From” field is blank, only for my email sent to my client. I am using Notes 8.5 and my client is using Outlook 2003. The “From field blank” issue is happened in my client side.
My Notes setting is almost by default. And my email to other client(using Lotus Notes or interent mail like gmail) without this issue.
Maybe i should ask my client to ask Microsoft on it
