Email template problem

Hi,

We’ve just migrated from 5 to 6.5 and have noticed a few quirks/bugs that I need help with.

  1. When you change the column prefs of the Inbox it retains the changes, but when a user goes into Tools->Preferences and changes the colour used to highlight a sender it loses the changes everytime. Any fix?

  2. Why can I not edit the design template for inotes6.ntf or mail6.ntf? If we wanted to change these do we need to create a copy and apply that to all users email files?

Well we’re still no closer to solving the first problem, but we’ve sorted the second one. On a server upgrade (which ours was) we didn’t get the option to create a LocalDomainAdmins group as this isn’t prompted for. We’ve now created this and we have access to all templates etc. We also saw the new option for Full Access from within the Administrator program, but thankfully we found the correct solution first :slight_smile:
