Email tab name

Hi all,

I am facing a problem regarding email tab name. Below the steps with more details.

  1. Summary of my notes installation and set up:

Use directly to internet

Pop and smtp servers

The name of owner is Ricardo Machina8

Version 8.5 TRIAL for MAC (downloaded from IBM site).

  1. I created 2 new application:

application m8ricardo (template mail R8.5)

application m8contact (template mail R8.5)

  1. I created 4 accounts and 2 locations, as follows:

Locations:

Ricardo M8 and Contact M8

Accounts:

Ricardo Incoming mail and Ricardo outgoing mail assigned only to location Ricardo M8

Contact Incoming mail and Contact outgoing mail assigned only to location Contact M8

  1. I start to use notes normally. So, when I first opened using location Ricardo M8, the mail tab name appeared as m8ricardo (that was the application name). Same for location Contact M8, with the mail tab name name appearing as m8contact.

  2. After make a replication for both locations, AND quiting notes AND relaunching it, the tab names for those 2 locations have changed to Ricardo Machina8 (the name of owner). And this is for 2 locations, so after that I couldn’t easily identify per tab name on which mail database I am. This is very weird behavior!

  3. I have tried to found an answer here on notes forum, but nothing so far.

  4. I tried to change the owner name, but it seems it is not allowed to do that.

Well, this is not a big major problem, but I have exactly the same set up and configuration on another notebook (but with WIN7 platform) and it works perfectly. I have already compared all the configuration between 2 notebooks, and everything seems to be ok (I mean, everything looks the same).

Does anyone could help me?
