I have set up iNotes Web Access on my Domino Messaging server and works well outside our company. I can access the iNotes Web Access using either http://smtp.InternetDomainName/mail/MailFile or IPAddress/mail/MailFile. However, within the company network, I can access the iNotes Web Access using only IPAddress/mail/MailFile. Can someone tell me where I have not configure to access iNotes Web Access using http://smtp.InternetDomainName/mail/MailFile.

if you have an internal dns server add host record for the iNotes server in your internal dns otherwise you must add it in the hosts file at your client machine.

Could you please enlighten me with further explanation why the smtp server cannot be accessed within the company. I can ping the smtp server and access any website on the internet.
