Email rules

I don’t know if this is the right place to ask this, if it is not, please direct me to the right place.

the rules folder was not available, now we have that showing, but when I enter a new rule, it does not appear, we re-entered rules several times and now all my email goes to the test folder I was naming in the rules and I can’t delete or edit them because I can’t see them

I assume you were assigning the mails to an non existent folder.

If you switch to the All Documents view, you should be able to move the messages to a real folder.
