I have a user suppose UserA.CD@xyz.com if he sends an email to a user at other domain suppose to UserB@lmn.com, then the UserB@lmn.com at the other domain receives the email easily but when the UserB@lmn.com wants to reply the email then the userA.CD@xyz.com is unable to receive the email and it shows a format like UserA_CD@xyz.com in the To field. This happens only with a specific use.any solution please.
