Our users are on Notes 6.5.3. We have an employee that is receiving a newsletter from a website, when this individual forwards the email to a non-Notes client (internet email - Yahoo, or Outlook) the newsletter becomes a mess of these “Embedded image moved to file” objects. She has not exceeded her disc quota and I am testing 6.5.4 to see if this fixes the problem, which it does not. Has anyone been in this situation? Suggestions?

I have found the same issue with a client and what worked for me was to change the location document field: " Format for messages addressed to internet addresses:" from “Notes Rich Text” to “MIME”. This combined with having the Preferences setting: " Show In-line MIME images as attachments" set to false, seems to have resolved the issue. At least for my client.

Have you checked the mail settings on her location document for the settings for mail addressed to internet addresses? It should be “MIME”.
