I have several users at my location that report the message body of certain emails messages are blank. They are blank in the preview pane and when opened. Who the message is from and the subject are visible at all times. If the message is replied to or forwarded, the message appears. This problem occurs on FP3 and FP4.

We had two individuals here that had a very similar issue. After several re-installs and updates, while not 100% it seemed to be an old video driver that caused the problem.

I had similar problems in PC & Mac.This problem seems to have been fixed in 8.5.2
In PC the problem was mainly with Windows 7 (and in somecases Windows XP).

File> Preferences> Basic Notes Client Preferences area > Additional
Options> Disable Embedded Browser for MIME mail.
This problem was already posted in this forum and this should fix it.

It seems to have become an issue since a corporate HTML signature was introduced for each user a few months back

“Disable embedded browser for MIME mail” worked for these type of messages my user complained about. I couldn’t tell you what other effects in general checking this option will have.

In my case, i deleted the CACHE.NDK file and the WORSKPACE folder. It was enough to make the client 8.5.3 FP3 display the memo content
