When one of our clients opens an email and then closes it, it automaticaly sends it to the trash. Any idea how to stop this. I can’t seem to find a setting anywhere but maybe I am just missing it. Everything was working fine uesterday and early this morning, it just started happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Subject: Email disappearing
One possiblility is that some code being triggered when an email is closed. Look at the user’s mail form design to see any code is in queryclose. Or open the debugger to see what’s going on when the close event fires.
