Is there a way for me (the Admin) to see when a user deleted a certain email even though the email has already been deleted from the trash?

I don’t believe there is a “native” way to see this. I think that logging every document deletion on every mail file would be very resource intensive on the server. Unless you are running an appliance, I don’t think you can see when it was deleted. The only way that comes to mind to get close is to check all of your backups to get a time range (between which two backups, how ever often you make them) of dates.

Hi, you need a backup and NotesPeek. 1st check in backup notesid und unid for the deleted document - now you can use NotesPeek to search in Deletion Stub and can see here, when this document was deleted.HtH
