Email Copied into Template

Hi,Merry Christmas everyone and a happy new year!

I copied an email into a template (iNotes6.ntf), a help guide so all new accounts would get it at registration…

Thing is, it doesnt appear in the inbox when registering new users (I use text file import and policies)

It does appear however when I just create a new database

As in File>Database>New… (specifying the inotes6 template)

Any idea why it works with one but not the other? Are the two processes accessing two different templates? (doesnt appear so but…)

Do both processes create new databases differently?

when you create a new database using File > Database > New you are able to choose whether to include documents or just the desing. When you create a new user this option is not available and only the design elements are used.
