Email coming in as Read

I have user that had to have her ID file recreated as we did not have a back up copy.After the ID was recreated, the user went into her email and all new messages come in as read. The only way she knows that they have not been read is because the Red Star indicating that it is new mail is still there. Has anyone seen this problem before?

are you sure she doesn’t use colors raws in views ? (Preferences/mail/colors), if it’s the case, try to restore default mail colors
