Your reverse DNS is not configured correctly.
As a common anti-spam technique, a mail server will look up the name of your server and get it’s IP address (apparently 203.35.236.66). Then it will turn around and do a lookup on that IP address.
If the name’s don’t match, it is common for the receiving mail system to bounce the mail since it assumes (often rightly so) that you are a spammer.
Work with your ISP or DNS administrator to ensure that the DNS entries for your mail servers that are running SMTP work correctly both forward (lookup by name) and reverse (lookup by IP address). They have to match or you aren’t going to be able to send email to very many systems.
