Hi,One of our users regularly receives emails with around 75k of text data in the body field (don’t ask me why). Every time he opens those emails, the notes clients becomes extremely slow, sometimes crashes. If he tries to forward the email the client will complain that there is more than 64k of text in the body field. (Attachments are fine even if they are much larger).
His mail file format is R5, the server was upgraded to 6.0.1CF1 and he is using an inotes R6 template on a windows XP machine.
Anyone knows if this will get fix if I recreate a new mail file for hom with R6 file format or there is no way out of this?
