Our senior managment have been asking if we can send out emails (inc. externally to non-Domino users) emails with background images as Oultlook users can.
I am surprised to find this seems to be impossible, even tweaking the mail form.
Does anyone know of any solution?

Gotta love those requests from Senior Management!
You’ll not get this “functionality” in Notes natively without having to sacrifice your soul. (Correct me if I’m wrong anyone?)
There may be third party products that can do it for you but the costs will too prohibitive. Does outlook really do this? And for SMTP mail as well? I’d be interested to know…

Andrew - yes, and it’s absurdly easy (format, background, select an image) - it works sending to Notes, web mail etc (includes img src tag and a mime copy of the image).
Unfortunately, however trivial this may seem, it’s another negative I have to report back - Notes can’t do this - and Notes email is already unpopular!
If anyone has any ideas, I wuld be very grateful!
