Email attachments are not coming in as attachments

I have a user who is not getting her attachments, the attachments are coming into her mail file as non-readable.We had the sender resend the mail to 2 people and

one person got all 2 attachments and this person doesn’t.

It looks like the are trying to open in a non-readable

format.

I’ve checked out the settings in the notes client and server

but have run out of ideas.

the virus scan settings are the same on all pc’s.

Are the preferences for incoming mail the same for both users in the Domino Directory?

Are both users on the same server? If you use quota’s and 1 user is over quota, sometimes get an image of the icon of the ttachment, but not the attachment itself. Still shows as having an attachment in inbox view. Can also happen if server is out of space.

Could this be an issue with your Anti-virus software?
