Have had a problem with the “From:” of the email not showing the full text email ex: “Bill Smith DDS” bsmith@happydental.com.It drops the text part.
I think this comes from location document and it is correct there.
The From: field shows bsmith@happydental.com instead.
Anyone know what might cause this?
Subject: Email and Location doc problem.
The server determines what is in the from field when it leaves the server. Check the Global Domain document on the Conversions tab in the Domino Directory.

You can also check RFC822 phrase handling settings in the MIME → --> Advanced → Advanced Outbound message option of the connection document.
