We are on Domino 6.0.1. We are receiving internet email from another company on Domino 6.0.1. When we try to reply to the email the system tries to reply to their Lotus Notes Email address not their internet email address. I am getting delivery failures. When I send mail out they can reply. When they send mail out we can NOT reply.
Subject: Email Addressing Question
It is a configuration problem on their end. They need to set up a Global Domain document for the address conversion. They may also need a Foreign SMTP Domain as well. This is documented in the Admin help, or you could call them and go through your own config with them.
