Email Addresses being mangled

** Edit: Apologies, this should be in the 8.5 forum but I can’t seem to delete or reassign. **

When some of my users use the “Reply to All” functionality of Lotus Notes 8.5 client to reply to an email, sometime the email addresses get mangled. This results in a delivery failure report with “Invalid Internet Address Specified” as the error (unsurprisingly).

For example this apeared from one of our user’s replys:

"GFenlon@carnegiecollege.ac.uk, Susan_reid/Staff/LCH <Susan_reid/Staff/LCH@carnegiecollege.ac.uk/OU=, Tina_Vandermotten/Staff/LCH Tina_Vandermotten/Staff/LCH@carnegiecollege.ac.uk/O=,/,

There is so much wrong with this syntax (quotes opening but not being closed, angle brackets opening and not closing, inconsistent use of commas).

Any ideads how I can rectify this?
