Email address within angle brackets in cc list will be removed automatically when "reply to all"

Recently found the case in Lotus Note 8.5.1 (whether FP3 or not) that the email address within angle brackets in cc list will be deleted by Notes client when user click “Reply to All” option.

eg. User A sent one mail to user C and copy with B while the mail address format like as “user buserb@domain.com”. When user C try to reply the mail using “reply to all” option, address “user buserb@domian.com” will be deleted automatically which suppose should be listed in cc list too.

Any ideas about it?

Hi,Now when you reply or forward a mail, it does not take the email addresses of the sender or the CC field, just takes the display name.

For a work around you can do show details after opening the mail then reply/forward the message. This will contain both display name & email addresses as well.

Hope there must be some options coming up for this in the later release.
