Can Broadcast be eliminated so that certain individual are able to send broadcast and not the entire company. We need to have one administrator to be able to monitor the broadcast and thereafter send it to the the rest of the staff.

If you are using Notes 6, you can set the ACL on individual mail groups in your Domino Directory and effectively restrict who can see, use, and mail to these groups.
