I tried the printout statement and it worked. As you rightly pointed out, a dialogbox came up asking for the name. We can default this by changing the printer setting. A solution which I am not too happy with at the moment. Hopefully, I can find a way around that. Mailing is a bit tricky as the printout takes a life of itself and it doesnt tell notes when the printout is completed. So it is a bit if guess work before it can be pickup to be mailed.
