Edit all documents, including those created by others.
Read all documents unless there is a Readers field in the form. If there is a Readers field, the Editor must be listed to be able to read or edit the document. Any user allowed to create and edit documents in a database.
However, people with Editors Access can see the documents those Reader field has no entry of them and the Author field has entries of them.
It is true if they have ‘Authors Access’ as authors field overrides readers field on ‘Authors Access’ case.
When comes to the ‘Editor Access’, Author field should be neglected and they should NOT see the documents…
I have check the ‘effective access’ and they are not ‘full access administrators’.
Readers-type fields provide READ ACCESS to a document.
Authors-type fields provide READ-WRITE ACCESS to a document.
(The all-caps is not shouting, it’s the name of the field flag. If you look at an Authors-type field using the document properties, you will see that the READ-WRITE ACCESS flag is set.)
An Authors-type field grants explicit permission to edit a particular document to any user with Author or higher access. You cannot edit what you cannot see.
If their is no Readers field on a document (or if all of the Readers-type fields are empty), all users can see the document. If document access is restricted by a Readers-type field, then anyone listed in any Readers-type or Authors-type field on the document will have access, and other users will not.
