Edit User ECL via policy?

Hi,

Can i edit the ECL of a User’s Notes Client via a policy?I want to add the Administrator’s name to the ECL with the maximum rights without the knowledge/intervention of users. How do i do that?

Create Security Setting document - 3rd tab allows ECL settings. Set appropriate Update mode and update frequency.
