Edit standard letterhead

Hi all,

I need to edit my standard letterhead in lotus 6.5.4 but i can’t find this option… I’m using lotus notes 6.5.4 and I can only edit the logo (crayons, basketball, world logo, …) and can´t edit the background (yellow sand). Can someone help?

I did a quick search of the Memo form, but did not try any changes. The background graphic for the header area on the Memo is determined by the formula in the BGTABLECOLOR field at the top of the Memo form.

This formula looks at the selected logo to determine the image resource to use as the background. There are six options for the background BG_0, BG-1 … BG_5. Multiple logos use the same background and this relationship is listed in the formula.

You should be able to either (1) replace one of the background image resources or (2) modify the formula for the BGTABLECOLOR field.

Sorry, never saw your response to my response.

To edit the form, you need to use Lotus Domino Designer and you need to have Designer or Manager access to the mail file where you want to edit the memo form.
