How do I remove (or edit) categories from To Dos?
All I can do now is add new categories, but I don’t need the Vacation, Clients, and other default categories.

Subject: mail template
You would need to edit the design of the mail template. While you can add/remove your own categories in the preferences…some of the categories are part of the design.

I can’t edit the mail template so it looks like the default categories are permanent.
