The earthquake in the Pacific has caused a communication problem with our facility in China. We would like to update our NonDelivery Report so that it reflects the communication problem and the possible resolution date.
Can someone please tell me how I can update the nondelivery report and have it show up in the messages. I have tried a number of things but the text never shows up. I have tried adding text to the ‘What should I do’ section and adding a field above the original message section but neither one works.
If anyone can help, I would really appreciate the wisdom. The sooner the better, the messages are failing everywhere and people are looking to me for a quick fix.
