Edit in existing template (Doc library) button

Hi All,

I am new in lotus designing and scripting. I need one favor from your side.

I have created one database with doc library (doclbw7.ntf) template.

All user’s are submitting document’s in this database(open DB → new document → fill up the details and attached word file-> save and close ).

I want to edit the “save and close “button. Like this, when ever a user click on (save and close) button one mail should go to all user group.

With same subject and same word attachment.

Try mail enabling the form. For this add a field named SendTo and compute it with appropriate value.

And this code change should go into doclbw7.ntf template file on the server.

thanks alot joy for response…

i have tried this. but throug @mailsend command mail is goinfg for a person …

i don’t know the syntax how to use this for group…

and second thing…

mail should go with same subject name &attachment
