Edit Document Issue

Hi,

I want to implement a functionality in which, when user clicks a edit document button, then only one field should go in the Edit mode. None of the fields except this one should go in the editable mode.

How this can be achieved?

did you consider using input enabled field formulas. It will only work for OS style fields in version 6.

Other option is using @dialogbox to bring up a form containing only that field.

I havent heard input enabled field formulas…but the second option is a good one…I will try that one…lets c…how it goes…

Havent we had this discussion very recently?!!And I did suggest to you to use the Input Enabled formula and yet you have never heard of it?! Amazing!
