I have a user who has apparently modified her workstation ECL (File - Security - User Security - What Others Do) and has disallowed everything. Now, if I try to modify the ECL, it won’t allow it - instead it tells me that I don’t have write access to the C: drive (I have checked that this is not true).
Is there any way I can fix this without completely uninstalling and reinstalling the client, please?

Have you looked into the Security policy documents. See Admin Help - Policy Settings - Security. You can aply a unque policy to just that user. Next time them log on the policy will take effect (silently) … until they call.
Good luck.

Thanks very much - that was a very helpful response.
Unfortunately, it didn’t work - so it’s back to plan A - completely uninstalling and then reinstalling the client.
