Hi, I’m using Notes 7/8 with EasySynch Pro and get this"Unable to connect to Device"
This happened after I upgraded from 2.4.4. But I had this time over time again with my Pocket PC. Win Mobile 6 and Win Mobile 5.
I managed to resolve the same problem with 2.4.4 after resetting the whole Win Operating System to Factory setting.
I just would like to know what EasySynch Pro is looking for when it fails.
GetMachineInfo() API failed in translator ‘PocketPC’. Error message : Unable to connect to device. Verify that ActiveSync is running. And yes I’ve seen some of the earlier entries but nothing more recent that would explain what the process is .
