I want to use a Sony Clie NX70V (Palm OS v5) with EasySyncPro v4.2.2. When syncing only ToDos and Journal it works fine! When trying to sync Adress Book and/or Calendar I get the error message (see TechNote #196258):
“Requested database, record, resource, etc not found. Run all the applications (Address Book, Date Book, ToDo and e-mail) at least once in the device and try again.”
This error occurs while Sony ClieMail is installed and still apears after removing this application from the PDA. Following the hint and rerunnig all applications doesn’t change anything. Disabling the email sync doesn’t solve the problem (the email sync ist disabled by default, because I don’t want to sync my emails).
This problem doesn’t appear with EasySync v4.2.1 (but there where other problems which seems to be solved with v4.2.2).
The problem ist os independent, I have this problem using W2K and WinXP.
