EasySync Pro 4.2.1 does not sync Lotus Notes with Palm 505

It only syncs with Palm desktop. I went to ‘log file’ and it says “Getmachineinfo API failed in translator ‘3cmplm’. Error message: unable to connect to device.”. When I start out from EasySync Pro icon on the system tray with “synchronize now”, Palm just sync thru HotSync (as the menu says "press HotSync in the device and press ‘OK’), and pressing ‘OK’ on the prompt menu on PC doesn’t do anything - by the time I press ‘cancel’ on this PC prompt, it would say “EasySync Pro: unable to connet to device”.

Any clue anybody?

I have the same behaviour with my palm 500, I already install everything in a brand new computer (just to test in a clean system) but the problem is always the same… unable to connet to device… :confused: During this weekend I will test in a Win 98Se and in a Windows XP Pro without SP2… Just on monday (28Th) that I’ll post the results, If You have the solution let me know.
