One of our users is having a problem - when she replies to e-mails, they disappear from her Inbox and cannot be found in the All Documents view either. I am aware this usually means the e-mail is deleted, however I am not sure what is causing this.
I have verified that the user does not have the “View Unread” button toggled, and she does have read e-mail in her inbox. So far, I have run a consistency check on her mail database, and had her refresh and replace her design, which has not solved the issue.
Any thoughts or help would be very much appreciated.

I am sorry to say that one of our users also experience this problem. It first occurred one or two weeks ago. Emails in inbox disappear when she replies to them, but they are still availbale in the All documents view. It does not help dragging the emails from the All documents view to the Inbox. We have tried running fixup and compact, and we have tried upgrading design, replacing design with same version or older version of email template. Nothing helps. Of course we have checked the View unread button. Our user runs Domino 6.5 (Norwegian version) with mailbox template iNotes6no.ntf.
Can someone help ?

First check and see if the mail is still in her “All documents” view. If it is, her inbox folder may be corrupt.
To fix this, create a temporary folder and move any mail remaining in the inbox into it.
In the designer, find the inbox folder and delete it. Replace the design of the mail file. This will recreate the inbox. Then you can go into the mail file and move all of the mail out of the temporary folder that you created back into the inbox.
