My client’s customers need to send their Request Forms to us, so I set up the form to e-mail them to us as well as the sender. To do this, I am using the “@mailsend” formula with the “SendTo” field. This works great in the lotus client, but it is not sending when the form is filled out on the web. I’ve looked in the Redbook and the help files, but am unable to find out why this is happening (or rather not happening). Is there anyone out there who can tell me what I am doing wrong? Also, when the form is submitted through the lotus client, it is sending the form from the submitter and my client would like it to be sent from us. Is there a way to accomplish this as well?
