E-mail problem?

Hello,

the server log is showing this:

01/24/2008 09:09:26 Router: Message 004DC4D9, 004DC486 delivered to Nathalie Hansen/Fede/FPPQ

but the mail file (on the same server as the log) of Nathalie is not showing the e-mail, no mail rules are present in the mailbox, what else should I look for?

Is View\Show Unread Only selected?

Ask the user to use Shift-F9 key to refresh the Inbox folder.
