In reading Alan Lepofsky’s Mail Merge Notes Trick, I learned a cool way to handle putting Notes contacts into MS Word for mail merging purposes.
What if the mail merge data file is in Word and one wants to create an e-mail merge from that list? So, take the list and use Notes Mail to create the letter/memo and then send it from Notes as e-mail.
I could possibly dump the list into a group and create an action to run through that group and send “N” messages out, but from a Stationary sheet, but that might get a bit cumbersome. Any thoughts? Any known solutions? Looking for a personalized message rather than a simple BCC note sent out.

p.s. fortunately, the “[insert_cool_notes_feature] can’t be done in Outlook,” helps keep the troops happy when they find something they can’t do intuitively in Notes.
