I’ve had a couple of instances of this…
Basically ,a number of people received an e-mail that wasn’t addressed to them. ie They weren’t listed in the Send, cc or bcc fields of the memo.
This was an internal e-mail and I only noticed because I am one of the unintended recipients. God knows if this is happening to other users aswell.
I checked the fields of the document and can see the persons who recieved the mail unintentionally (aswell as the people who were intended) are listed in the field “exRecipients”.
Any ideas why this might be happenning?
