Hi,I was in v6.5.6 and i used an html file for signature, like this one :

Everybody in the company have a signature like this.
When the admin people modify the image ‘signature.gif’ on the server, everybody’s signature’s image is modified.
With the version 8.5, i can’t see how can i reproduce, since the html file is imported in the mail file as rich text.
Am i alone having this problem ?
Any idea to turn around ?

Today I’ve seen the code in CalendarProfile Form and if you put $SignatureOptionEnabled=1 in your notes.ini file it enables the old options besides the new rich text signature (text, html file, rich text).It mantains the old values in the profile (the html file path). You only need to put the varible in the notes.ini file, it’s not necessary to re-save the mail preferences.

I am having a comparable issue.
Adding the $SignatureOptionEnabled=1 option to the Notes ini file does work! Thanks a lot!
But…The styles (border=0 & textdecoration: none) added to images and link tags are being removed =(
I have been looking through the settings in domino, but could not find an option which did not remove these style attributes.

We need some more people requesting this lost feature in the next version. IBM support told me that there is a improvement proposal SPR # ATHS7KP449 APAR: LO37562 for this.
Please request this feature and write an PMR
