Dynamic HTML and Lotus Script

Hi,

I created a dynamic text fields via html and sent it to a

section.

I sent the innerHTML using JSHeader.

I want to let users key in values in the text fields, and subsequently using the values entered, to create documents.

However, I tried accessing these text fields via lotus script, and was not able to do it. It gave errors such as “Object Required”.

Have anyone tried incorporating getting innerHTML values to LotusScript?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Rusyinni

If the field does not exist on the Domino form, it cannot be set using HTML. You can set these in the WebQuerySave by parsing the innerHTML, but they won’t be available as fields otherwise. This is a security restriction.
