How can I create a dynamic clock that changes accordingly to the system time in every second in a Form Field?

You could embed a Java Applet clock on the form.

I don’t think so useing Formula or LS.
You might be able to use Javascript but it’s not something I’ve tried in the Notes Client.

Formula - no.
Lotusscript - I wouldn’t try it.
Try JavaScript and the settimeout() function. Or an Applet.
