Dynamic Client Config

I have R7.02 Clients and R8.02 Servers. Some clients are getting the mail file location changed from “on local” to “on server” each time they log in and Dynamic Client Config refreshes the settings. There are NO policy settings in place to force changes in clients local documents. What could be the problem?

Subject: known issue with a fix

Also their replication interval is changed from whatever they set it to back to 60 minutes. It’s a problem with the 8.0 and 8.0.1 desktop settings policy documents setting those defaults. Subject: Any way to disable DCC?

Thanks for your quick reply.

If I disable DCC will the config settings not get refreshed and therefore not change the location document? I tried

DisableDynConfigClient=1 but it did not work.
