Why would an item of type time not be emitted using a standard xsd:dateTime format? Currently it is being emitted as raw item data.

It seems this occurs in two scenarios if the field is set using:
dim dt as New NotesDateTime(cdat(0))
call doc.replaceItemValue(fieldname,dt)
or
dim dt as New NotesDateTime(“12:00:00 am”)
call doc.replaceItemValue(fieldname,dt)
or
dim dt as New NotesDateTime(“01/01/1970 12:00:00am”)
call dt.setAnyDate()
call doc.replaceItemValue(fieldname,dt)
if the time is set using anything other than that, the dxl export of the field is a datetime as expected.
It appears there is something wrong with dxl exporting 12:00:00am
